Why I Created This
As a painter based in the Western Lakes of Cumbria, I focus on capturing the depth and truth found in women’s expressions — especially the emotions that are often hidden or softened for the male gaze.
I created The Female Gaze Society to celebrate the raw, unfiltered power of women’s stories — and to offer you a monthly reminder that you are allowed to take up space.
